About the Role

The Project Manager will drive execution across multiple innovation projects from pilots to full product launches. You’ll ensure timelines are met, teams are aligned, and ideas move from concept to reality fast.

Responsibilities

• •Plan, track, and manage innovation projects across cross-functional teams
• •Define project scopes, milestones, and delivery timelines
• •Coordinate designers, engineers, analysts, and external partners
• •Identify risks, unblock teams, and keep delivery on track
• •Provide regular status updates and post-project evaluations

Requirements

• •3–6 years experience in project or product delivery roles.
• •Strong organizational and communication skills.
• •Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments.
• •Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• •Experience in fintech, capital markets, or technology companies.
• •PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• •Experience managing regulatory or compliance-heavy projects.
