One Africa Markets operates under multiple regulatory licenses, including: Mauritius FSC (Global Treasury), Bank of Ghana (Forex Broker & Primary Dealer), Ghana SEC (Broker), CBN Nigeria (IMTO), Nigeria SEC & NGX (Broker/Dealer), Bank of Tanzania (PSSP), and Uganda (Forex Bureau). Through One Africa Technologies, we operate under UK FCA and Canada FINTRAC registration. We are ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified for Information Security Management. All services are subject to applicable regulations.
