Genevieve Shirley Lartey is the Legal Counsel/Board Secretary of the company.
Shirley holds a BA (Hons) degree in psychology and linguistics from the University of Ghana. She also has an LLB degree from the University of London and was called to the Ghana bar in 2014.
Shirley Lartey’s professional experience began at Oxford and Beaumont Solicitors (now ENS Africa), where she interned before her call to the bar. After her call, she joined Sory@Law, where she did her pupillage and then later went on to work with Lexkudoz Legal Consultants. Until she was appointed the Board Secretary/Legal Counsel, Shirley worked at Omni Bank Ghana Limited, now OmniBSIC Bank.
Shirley has, over time, amassed experience in diverse areas of practice, including litigation, corporate practice, real estate, and employment/labor law. She is a highly driven and results-oriented legal practitioner who aims to provide the best legal support to the organization.
